We are in search of a Director, Agency Operations. This will be responsible for overseeing business operations of the firm and growing and developing our team. This includes implementing human resources best practices and providing leadership to and oversight of various departments to ensure operational efficiency and productivity. 

The ideal candidate is an analytical, collaborative problem-solver who is driven to get things done. They will take the initiative in developing new ideas, systems and technology, and also analyzing and improving on old ones. Strong leadership skills and the ability to take ownership of the work process from beginning to end is necessary.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in business administration or related field
  • Work Experience: Prior leadership positions with various types of businesses, experience in all aspects of the human resources function, including staff development, understanding of employment laws, and superior leadership skills. Experience managing business accounting. Must have professional service/agency experience.
